Ms. Kalyani Narayanan, CEO of ICM Solutions, served as CEO of Allfon Systems, a US based multinational software start-up Company for over 5 years before assuming her position at ICM Solutions recently. Prior to Allfon, she was with another multinational IT Solutions company, Covansys. She has obtained her degree from the University of Houston, Texas, and worked for various companies in the US such as Sprint, and Pennzoil before relocating back to India. Ms. Narayanan has managed several software projects under various technologies, from mainframe to client server to web based solutions, both in the US and in India and US-India (onsite-offshore) based.
