We understand the importance of delivering quality, reliable, robust solutions to the delight of the customers.

Our quality processes are evolved based on our rich experiences across variety of engagements in the past. We strive to continuously improve our processes through the 'lessons learned' exercise that we religiously go through after completion of every project.

Some 'quality consultants' who tend to be academic without the practicing experience do not set up the processes and procedures at ICM. Our processes are set up with inputs from project managers, programmers, testers, and others who are involved in the projects. The quality auditors ensure that there is enough control around the processes to make it foolproof.
